Let’s start making some bets…! I need help with this Campaign to establish a stronghold for Stakeholder Capitalism [Equity Shares]…right here in Cuenca. It was suggested to me that I should try to float around this proposal. So, here I go...(if interested, please read more).

This model presents a chance for us to be able to work with a cause beyond our own individual capacities…or (at least)…create a space where one doesn’t have to pull everything from one’s personal reserves to participate in supporting acts of stability in a region where we claim to have an interest in its well-being.

[Note: I’m happy to report that because there is certainly regular concern (regarding this “simple” concept); let it be known, that I’ve had to follow the laws of Ecuador by legally incorporating our company: S.A.S. named “Capital Times de Ecuador”. RUC: 0195134332001. I’ve got the bank accounts and an Ecuadorian accountant. Link to see Ecuadorian Registration (simply copy the RUC and paste to see confirmation).

Further, It’s practically like insurance to hedge our bets…to make our investments (...on any level)...of time, effort, energy...and money - worth our involvement for ourselves and those around us.

I want us to fund a Vehicle to sustain a Machine (a Human Machine of partnered investors) that will traject us toward an interested class of Patrons through Membership that can be applied to a Partnership Investment program for establishing a Community of “Interested Friends”. Plus, we can post The New News regarding things that actually affect us in our lifestyle decisions (…almost like betting on projects…like betting on our favorite horses…as a sport…where we get statistical reports regarding our dividends on our favorite winners!)

Profile: 1) To connect us around a “cause” or causes. 2) To protect a “Trusted Group” where we help take care of the overheads of multiple projects (together) which actually contributes in protecting the stability of the very economy on which we depend for every day sundries. 3) To be able to be Pro-active in “adoption”…of member sponsored projects where each of us can campaign a case to defend our “pet” projects to viability through a series of representative boards, if required, (like a whole menu of new types of organizational demands to create opportunities for family and friends that we can look after...so that if and when the time comes...they can...in essence...look after us because of the lines of products and services which we have financed)...as a connected Network…with discounted incentives…for partners and members alike.

So, I’m suggesting that we’re “leveraging” one another by “portions”; where an individual is not responsible for the full lump…that’s what makes us partners in “shares”, etc. so, it’s like individuals “tipping” (some percentage)…collectively…toward the aims of each project. Then we have a shared interest…in protecting each project (of course); as a community would. Now, we’ve got a claim with the para-phrase: “having one another’s back”…which was usually just a way of being “polite” to one another without any "skin in the game”…at all. And...the best benefit, regarding this exclusive “investment group”, is that…by default…we’d be in a position to act as a Human Brain Trust to deal with anything that needs resolution for any challenge.

P.S. Remember, "words" are more effective when backed by dollars. Like I said, I've done a lot of this work myself; but, (ultimately) I need your help. I can’t do it alone. But, together, we can expand this tangible “Tabletop” business with the potential to “Franchise” our investments as we continue to receive dividends into the future with other networked restaurants. Easy-pizzy...when the right leaders are ready to come forth and share the potential of our networked "funds" (or at least allow other “citizens” in our group to represent your interests though Capital Time de Ecuador).

Mission complete! Welcome.

Please feel free to join...or complain (while we still can...in these Capital Times that we live-in...or simply put a word in someone else’s ear where you believe this message will better serve).
